Prague / Mönchengladbach, 02.02.2026 – Reinsberg Group, a European group focused on healthcare technologies and hospital solutions, has completed the acquisition of the German company Rein Medical, one of the leading providers of medical IT solutions and video management systems for hospitals and clinics. Rein Medical becomes a fully integrated part of Reinsberg Group.
Reinsberg Group is part of the investment firm BHM group and is focused on building a strong European healthcare technology group with global reach. The acquisition of Rein Medical represents another step in this strategy and significantly strengthens the group's capabilities in digital hospital solutions, operating room integration, video management technologies, and comprehensive systems for modern healthcare.
